Today, Valhalla Media announces the launch of AÏRIS, a brand-new livestream and video-on-demand platform for performing arts organizations, educational institutions, and independent artists.
AÏRIS, A Vivid New Stage For The Performing Arts, delivers livestream and video-on-demand performance content directly to patrons, with a robust slate of ticketing customer management features that will neatly integrate into a producing organization’s existing tech stack. Producers and presenters who engage the service will have access to their own customer-management dashboard with real-time audience reports, and have the ability to manage their patrons’ transactions and customer experience in an easy-to-use interface.
The release of AÏRIS is the culmination of a six-month-long design and development cycle, which carefully considered the successes and growth opportunities born from the company’s previous live-streaming platform, Valhalla Media Live. After months of assessment, design, and development, a refreshed concept with a brand-new revenue model was born, unifying an elegant and beautiful front-end user interface, a top-of-class audio-visual experience, a hands-on reporting dashboard for producers, and a completely reimagined pricing structure.
AÏRIS’s development team also has an eye to the future. The app’s development roadmap includes several features that producing organizations have specifically requested to deepen their digital relationships with their patrons: embeddable paywall widgets (allowing you to integrate AÏRIS’s paywalled content with your own website); a pay-what-you-can / donation-based ticket pricing option; customer relationship management (CRM) and patron management systems integration (to allow seamless ticketing and sign-on operations between AÏRIS and your CRM); and stand-alone turnkey subdomain solutions are just a few of the key features in the works.
